9 Ripped Tendons ! LOL

I was reading the 2008 trip report that Russ gratefully reposted when his site died and he refired it up.   I'm reading about my shoulder pain at the link. Turns out, had 5 ripped tendons repaired on the left shoulder, 4 on the right. Name a tendon and I'd screwed it up, bad. One of them was literally hanging by a single thread when I was opened up. 2013 was left shoulder repair, 2014 right.

The right never healed and still hurts. Especially after climbing, like right now even though was out on the rock 3 days back.
